By downloading or playing Fall of Empires (“the game”), published by Kend, you agree to these terms. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for your own entertainment on devices you own or control.
Don’t cheat, exploit, modify the game, or manipulate leaderboards. We may reset scores, remove rewards, or restrict accounts that do.
Your progress is tied to an anonymous account. You can delete your data and account in Settings → Delete Cloud Data & Account. See our Privacy Policy.
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game.
We may update these terms; continued play after changes means you accept them.
